The Newcomers Club of Lake Bluff & Lake Forest offers a wide variety of member activities including parties, children’s activities, sports groups, book clubs, cultural outings and more.
Participating in club activities is a great way to make new friends with common interests and get involved in our community!
Luncheons
In past years we held monthly luncheons at Jade Cafe, Francesca's Intimo, Prarie Grass Cafe, Southgate Cafe, Knollwood Country Club, Inovasi, Froggy's, Deerpath Inn, Lovell's of Lake Forest, and Carlos in Highwood.
Daytime & Evening Activities
A variety of activities are scheduled during the day such as: Antiques, Bicycle Riding, Book Discussion, Walking/Hiking, Skiing, Golf, Good Food and Friends, Home Tours, Tennis, Mah Jongg, Movie Matinee Mavens, Preschool Playgroup, Theater & Arts, New Member Coffees, and International Connections Group.
Evening events are scheduled through out the year including: Ladies Night Out, Holiday Party, Bunco, Gourmet Group, Dinner with Friends, Evening Book Discussion, Wine Tasting, Potluck, Men's Night Out, and a variety of other evening socials.
