Board Member Nomination Form
Board Nominations are due by January 31 for the next club year that runs from July to June 30.  The slate for the new Board of Directors is presented to the Club at the March luncheon.  Please take a minute to complete this nomination form for next year. 

If you have any questions about board positions or the selection process, please contact the board president or any of the current Board members. 

Notes:
- Members are encouraged to nominate themselves or another member they feel is
  appropriate for the position.  You may submit as many names as you like for each position.
- One important note – The number of times a person is nominated is not considered.  Each
  nominee is given equal weight in the final selection process.
